Monday and Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Advanced:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday, or
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Adults and seniors:
Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
High-Performance Group:
Monday to Saturday from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
